Our Properties
The name reflects a collection of historic properties primarily situated on Roanoke Island along the picturesque Outer Banks of N.C. Once here, you’ll find that each location is steeped in Outer Banks history going back generations. One property dates back to 1871, another was a legendary restaurant with barefoot wait staff and another was a local fish packing house and marina. With all properties combined, you’ll have ample spaces for rooms, conference spaces and Outer Banks entertainment like boat tours, fishing and fresh seafood. The owners consider it an honor to be generational natives of the Outer Banks and are equally excited to share this collection with you and your corporate teams.
The Manteo House
The Manteo House is our premiere property and the center of your experience with a Legacy retreat.
The Pearl Hotel
The Pearl Hotel, right next to The Manteo House, offers convenient and brand new hotels rooms right in the middle of Legacy campus.
The Pioneer Theater
This restored theater provides comfortable conference space with state of the art AV equipment as well as a place to relax after working.
The Oasis Suites
Our nearby Oasis Suites is a boutique hotel.
Wanchese Marina
Wanchese Marina started out as a fish house in this historic fishing village. It also housed a tannery at one point. As it is today, this marina area has been a hub of Wanchese.
