One of the main calling cards of The Legacy Collective is that we’re not in the middle of a busy city – as we’ve said, it’s often best to be out of the box so you can think out of the box. Here, in Manteo on North Carolina’s Outer Banks, our pace is a lovely shade of quiet and calm. We offer the small-town advantages of an easy stroll between restaurants, your accommodations, shops and the fun events that this island offers.

Still, we’re easy to get to! Most people fly into either Norfolk International Airport or Raleigh-Durham International. Manteo also has an airport that can accommodate corporate jets or hopper flights. If you are arriving by a private or small plane, you may consider the island’s own Manteo Airport. We can also arrange for ground transportation.
